The heritage ministry and the CRTC is just a bloated central authority designed to aid crony buddies and hold down competition and push for 5G expansion at the taxpayer's expense.  The Ministry and CRTC should be abolished.

I believe all taxes should be abolished in exchange for a corporate sales royalty and tariffs on foreign goods.  The royalty would be a single digit share of any sale of any good, service, franchise fee, or stock of a non-sole owned incorporated entity.  If the Government doesn't fail the fiscal situation it has revenue go up, if it fails, boom it loses revenue.

There is no way a Federal Government can guarantee anything, much less free money over time.  Think this can work?   Try small polyarchy type areas, if it can't work there, won't work anywhere bigger.  Then really it wouldn't need to if it could work there.

I recommend old fashioned guilds, on a local level.  Learning trades, with learning wages.  It's dubious enough on a City or Provincial level, Nationally it's way to far from the economies that it's attempting to Govern.  Besides the more you force labor to be paid, the more that labor will have to pay for stuff.

It's just Government highway robbery that does little more than rob the little guy and benefits nothing.

The giant size of Government, even Nationalized Environmental Regulation just uses up heeps of resources running Computers, Trucks, Cars,  Lights on all sorts of hours, server machines.  Name it.

If you want to off yourself, no recriminations for failing.  It's not cool to off another person, anyone can claim any self justification for taking another's life.  I have never seen anyone speak about when it wasn't really about them and "having to see them in this state."  There is no selfless factor here.  Want life supports off, that's a living will issue and it's rolling with the punches.

A few weak people die and it's a panic.  Sad as it is, there was no call for the abuses of Individual Liberties, because some lab experiment got loose.  Two scenarios, if it's bad it's too late to act.  If it's like COVID19 there was no point to do anything than say "if you got a bad cough stay at home," "no close talking," "wash hands."   Might have been a little reasonable to mask food workers, perhaps, not sure.  Best as a business choice.  Like hair nets.

The big issue is, some times people are not just killed because of self destruction.  That I can't care about more than they do.   However some are killed by a bad dose some of China's Fent sometimes mixed with other things.
End all Federal Drug Laws/Regulations and make it safer to test the drugs for people, charge people with fraud and attempted murder if a user complains.  Right now the fear is, "if I test it,  will the feds be on me?"  "even through local authorities?"   Just end that part and make it possible to have informed consent even with street bought narcotics.
