An entrepreneur raised in the City of Surrey, Gordon knows only too well the challenges facing small businesses. Gordon runs a boutique Notary Public practice and recognizes first-hand the vital connection between neighbourhoods and businesses. He has a passion for innovative development and intelligent innovation that puts the best technologies to work. Gordon earned his undergraduate degree at Concordia University and his Graduate Degree in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University. Gordon has devoted his recreation time to volunteer coaching in youth sports; he is a dad to two young sons and has a passion for lacrosse and hockey. As the son of former Mayor and Surrey Councillor Linda Hepner, he understands at a deep level the kind of commitment it takes to build a city we can all be proud to call our home.
