Morgan Nicholsfigueiredo is a third-generation Burnaby resident running for Council with the New Burnaby Party. He will build a safer Burnaby that is more affordable, and inclusive for families, seniors, renters, and working people.

Morgan brings more than 30 years of experience managing commercial properties and helping small businesses navigate city processes. He is an elected resident representative on the Burnaby Transportation Committee, a member of the Burnaby Board of Trade, and has served on his Strata Council for more than 20 years. He is an advocate for community non-profits and the essential services they provide.

Morgan supports diverse housing options, including non-profit, and co-op housing, alongside responsible growth and the schools, parks, community centres, and amenities growing neighbourhoods need.

He will champion climate resilience, protect green space, expand recreation, improve neighbourhood safety, and support local businesses. Morgan believes in Burnaby and knows we can make it better for everyone.
