Raison de la candidature

I am looking to continue and improve upon the work done to make Coquitlam a more welcoming, inclusive, and affordable place to call home, work, and play. My financial experience enables us to deliver more projects and services will keeping taxes as low as possible.

I championed the creation of a capital fund that has generated over $21 million in non-tax revenue that enables us to enhance parks, cycling infrastructure, fields, arenas, libraries and so much more. I've collaborated with colleagues to create more opportunities for businesses to come to Coquitlam, offering residents the chance to have a better work/life balance through reduced or eliminated commutes. These future neighbourhoods need to be supported by new parks, trails, and infrastructure that enables us to get out of cars and into more walkable, GHG-friendly communities.
