Patrick Jasmin NPD Patrick Jasmin has been a paramedic for more than 19 years for the Coopérative des techniciens ambulanciers de la Montérégie (CETAM). In addition to his duties helping people, he is responsible for communications for the cooperative and its members. Passionate about supporting his colleagues and creating a better work environment, he has been a member of the CETAM board of directors since 2017 and serves as their treasurer. Patrick cares deeply about workers’ and human rights and has served as the CSN-affiliated ambulance union’s Montérégie regional officer.
