Krystal Brooks is a Chippewas from the Rama First Nation reserve. Born in Orillia, Ontario, Krystal has lived most of her life off the reserve but recently moved back to Rama. She has dedicated much of her life to advocating for the environment, mental health, addictions, the housing crisis and Indigenous issues.
