Lifelong North Vancouver resident, husband and dad, and District Councillor since 2018. I bring more than 20 years of private-sector experience and a deep commitment to building a connected, welcoming community where people of every generation can thrive.

I’m a lifelong resident of the District of North Vancouver and have been proud to serve on District Council since 2018. I live in Lynn Valley with my wife, Signy, our two young children, Henry and Morgan, and our dog, Lola.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in advertising and media and currently work as a National Account Executive with PATTISON Outdoor Advertising. I also hold a Bachelor of Music from UBC and have remained active in music and the arts throughout my life.

During my time on Council, I’ve represented the District with organizations including the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, the District Library Board, the Museum and Archives Commission, and Metro Vancouver’s Industrial Lands Strategy Task Force.

I’m also an avid cyclist and triathlete and have completed seven IRONMAN triathlons and more than a dozen marathons. Growing up here and now raising my own family here has shaped my commitment to keeping North Vancouver livable, connected and welcoming for people at every stage of life.

Raison de la candidature

I’m running for re-election because North Vancouver has always been home. I want to keep contributing to a community where families can put down roots, seniors can thrive, and future generations can enjoy the same opportunities and quality of life I’ve had here.

I’m running for re-election because I care deeply about the community I have always called home. Growing up in the District and now raising my own family here has given me a strong connection to North Vancouver and a long-term perspective on the decisions we make today.

The District is facing important challenges, including housing affordability, traffic congestion, aging recreation and community facilities, climate resilience, and the rising cost of delivering municipal services. I want to continue working on practical solutions to these issues while maintaining the qualities that make our neighbourhoods such desirable places to live.

I’m particularly focused on creating a community where young people can see a future, families have more housing choices, seniors can remain connected and supported, and people have better options for getting around.

I also believe residents should have meaningful opportunities to participate in local decisions and understand how and why those decisions are being made. I want to continue bringing an independent perspective to Council, listening to residents, working collaboratively with my colleagues, and focusing on practical results for the District.
