Brian was an officer with Vancouver Police Department for over 28 years, where his roles included working in the Downtown Eastside, investigating the Stanley Cup riots, and serving as the VPD's spokesperson. On Council, Brian will address rising crime rates and Vancouver's out-of-control cost of living. Brian is married to his wife of 21 years and has two teenage daughters.
