I believe that the primary responsibility for children's education and upbringing lies with the parents, not special interest groups. As parents, we need assurances that our schools are doing what they are entrusted to do. The focus should always be on education and critical thinking, not indoctrination. Quality education develops real-life skills and builds healthy social habits, therefore preparing youth for a productive adulthood.
