Develop a comprehensive 10-year plan to address the housing crisis. Consult with the public, Provincial Government, neighboring cities, develop a task force. Quantify current and future demands. Concentrate on housing the most vulnerable; young, elderly, single parents, those with disabilities so future generations can afford to live in PoCo.

Taxes need to be fair, transparent and affordable. Consider tax breaks for seniors.
