It's been a while since Canada added an official language. A Rhino Party Government will fix that by making Illiteracy Canada's third official language!

In Canada, we receive many American networks (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC). So why not offer some of our own programming to Americans? In year 1 of a Rhino Government, we will make CBC available on TV in the United States and other North American countries! In year 2, European countries get CBC. In year 3, Asian countries. In year 4, Australia and New Zealand.

A Rhino Government will take swift action to name the Rhinoceros Canada's national animal.
