Biographie
Colin Boyd, BC Green Party candidate for Surrey, is a lifelong resident of the city, deeply connected to the community through his work and advocacy. With a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from Simon Fraser University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from BCIT, Colin brings a strong background in data-driven decision-making. His professional experience in business analytics has equipped him to design sustainable, evidence-based solutions for the challenges facing British Columbia.
Colin’s work in local retail, particularly in helping Surrey residents retrofit their homes with energy-efficient solutions, reflects his commitment to environmental protection and community support. His perseverance through the COVID-19 pandemic, where he ensured local services were maintained, further highlights his dedication to serving his fellow citizens.
Now running for provincial office, Colin is focused on addressing housing affordability, expanding healthcare access, and promoting a sustainable future. His dedication to transparency, collaboration, and community-centred policies makes him a strong advocate for Surrey and British Columbia as a whole.
