Dr. Werner Spangehl is a Family Physician who was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, and has enjoyed living in BC since 1989. He has proudly lived in Surrey since 1994.

He has been in Family Practice for over 35 years, including maternity care, hospital care, teaching, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions spanning all age groups.

Dr. Spangehl currently works with LifestyleRx an online diabetes reversal and chronic disease management program. He is the author of One Minute Medicine: Your Effortless Guide to Vibrant Health. He also delivered a TEDx Talk in White Rock in 2018 about using Food as Medicine to improve blood flow and organ function. (Search: “Spangehl TED”)

Dr. Spangehl is the proud father of three adult children and 5 adorable grandchildren.
