I am a Fellow of Engineers Canada, a Professional Engineer with EGBC and a Professional Quantity Surveyor with CIQS.

I have worked with both private and public sectors over the last two decades in the field of construction including three Canada Line Skytrain stations.

To speak and work for Richmond residents and their welfare, I will focus on the following:

Promoting Richmond become a vibrant, international city with open policies and more economy freedom;

Developing tourism and the construction industries; ensuring government operations are open and transparent;

Supporting youth entrepreneurship and small businesses, simplify redundant government procedures and restrictions, reducing fees and taxes, increasing the income of residents and businesses;

Caring for the elderly, kids, vulnerable groups, and protecting the health of these groups;

Building Richmond into a home where people feel accomplished, safe, and belong; opposing drugs and enhancing the safety of residents.
