Development and Overdevelopment
Sustainable Growth, a gradual increase in density to meet the demand and infrastructure
Drug Use
We must keep our kids safe by making sure our streets are free of drugs.
Jobs
Support home business to reduce traffic and increase residence income by initiating local market in the city like Saturday/Sunday Market and giving locals an opportunity to provide products/services directly to consumers.
Natural Disaster Measures
We must have a solid plan in case of natural disaster, and make sure people of North Vancouver knows about it.
Parks
Maintain the parks and add more parks as our population grows.
Public Transit
Recreation
We should build a recreational center, playfield, a soccer field for our community so they can have fun and stay healthy.
Recycling
a. Saying goodbye to Styrofoam and plastic disposables (e.g., plastic straw and plates).
b. To create a long-term program toward reduced waste.
Seniors
We should provide better transportation for our seniors by engaging free bus from lower Lonsdale to upper Lonsdale, hup in and hup out.
Small Business
We must support local business by cutting a red tape and streamlining the process of doing a better business.
Taxes
We should keep taxes as low as possible.
Traffic
a. Bringing Sky Train to the City of North Vancouver.
b. Adding electric bike sharing at the sea bus station, central Lonsdale and upper Lonsdale to reduce traffic.
