Ausha Kang is a lifelong Richmond Resident and proud graduate of Richmond, having attended both elementary and high school in the community. Her experience as a student shaped her belief in the importance of education and creating positive opportunities for the youth. Ausha has been an active member of the community, previously working for the City of Richmond as a Youth Literacy Instructor, helping children build confidence, movement, skills and healthy habits. She is also currently pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, as she is committed to lifelong learning. Ausha is running for school trustee to give back to the community that has given her so much. She is committed to ensuring that Richmond schools are inclusive for all.
