Il est possible qu'il le fasse plus tard!
Biographie
Born in Hong Kong, I came to Taiwan to study Chemical Engineering at National Taiwan University. I later earned my Master’s and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Environmental Engineering, from Iowa State University.
My career has included chemical manufacturing, waste and recycling management, university teaching, occupational safety, environmental protection and work with local government. I have worked as a safety inspector helping manufacturers improve workplace safety and managed waste-related programs. In 2009, I received an Outstanding Performance Award for waste and resource reduction, recycling and reuse.
I immigrated to Canada in 2010 and moved to Richmond in 2019. I am running for Council because I believe Richmond can be safer, better managed and a better place to live.
I want to bring my engineering, environmental, safety and public-service experience to practical solutions for public safety, traffic, environmental responsibility and better city services.
