Volunteering builds better Richmond. Arriving from Hong Kong in 1990s, I am deeply grateful to call this safe, fair city my home. We share responsibility to give back to the community that supports us. My lifelong service began in high School Niagara Christian to Messiah University and grew over 15 years with Royal Canadian Army Cadets, supporting veterans and The Salvation Army Harbour Light. I was profoundly honored to receive the King Charles III Coronation Medal through Volunteer Canada. Now, I am running for Richmond Councillor to bring this proven commitment to our local government. I respectfully ask for your vote on October 17 to help build:
• A Drug-Free City: Enhancing safety, enforcement, and support.
• A Volunteer Hub: Streamlining grassroots community engagement.
• A Pet-Friendly City: Expanding accessible spaces for pets.
• Preserved Heritage: Protecting Richmond’s historic identity.
• Accountable Governance: Ensuring community-driven decisions that truly listen to people.
