Business Permitting
West Vancouver’s small businesses are an important part of our local economy, but I understand that business owners can face rising costs and other challenges. I want to make it easier to establish, operate and grow a business by providing clear information, timely permit approvals and reducing unnecessary red tape, while maintaining appropriate safety and community standards.
I would also support a welcoming environment for local entrepreneurs, businesses and community-based economic initiatives. The municipality should listen to business owners and work with them to identify barriers and practical solutions.
My goal is for local businesses to feel supported rather than frustrated by the process, so they can grow, create local opportunities and continue serving our community.
