Biographie

soumis par le candidat ou son équipe
50+ year resident of Port Coquitlam. 30 year employee of SD43. 8 years as a Trustee on the SD43 Board of Education. 3 years as Chair of the SD43 Education Foundation.

I have spent nearly my entire adult career supporting students in SD43, first as an early childhood educator, then as an education assistant in classrooms, and then as a member of the Inclusion Support Team supporting students in crisis and/or behavioural challenges. It has been a privilege to bring a unique lens to the Board table, referencing my years of experience. More recently, the SD43 Education Foundation has become a passion project for me as we provide grants for initiatives that are under funded or sometimes not funded at all thus providing opportunities and experiences for students that they might not otherwise be able to access.
