Biographie
During my career I received multiple commendations and two British Columbia Police Service Medals for Valour—the province’s highest honour for bravery.
A resident of the Comox Valley since 1998, Courtenay is home and the community where deep roots were built and lasting connections formed.
That commitment to community is reflected in action: helping prevent the closure of Maple Pool Campground and supporting displaced residents; contributing significant personal donations and organizing fundraising efforts for local food security; volunteering time and resources to build an animal rescue shelter; and helping bring a vulnerable family of ten to safety in Canada after they were targeted by the Taliban.
This record reflects a clear approach to leadership showing up, working hard, and taking action when it matters.
Now, that same commitment is focused on serving Courtenay on Council: listening to residents, making thoughtful decisions, and supporting a strong, inclusive, and resilient community.
