Noemi Victorino is a dedicated Surrey community leader with extensive experience in federal government and the nonprofit sector. She served as a Senior Officer of Trade Compliance with the Canada Border Services Agency before transitioning to executive leadership in organizations addressing food insecurity, mental health, employment, and homelessness.

Currently serving as Executive Director of Harvest for Hope, she works to support individuals and families across Surrey and beyond. Noemi also serves on the City of Surrey's Social Equity, Livability, and Public Safety Committee. Guided by servant leadership, she is committed to strengthening communities, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring every voice is heard through compassionate, collaborative, and action-oriented leadership.
