Colton is a dedicated community leader from Nipissing with a strong commitment to service and sustainability. Throughout high school, Colton played an active role in FIRST Robotics Team 1305, gaining valuable experience in volunteering, fundraising, and community outreach. During the pandemic, he supported local initiatives by sewing masks for hospitals, delivering Meals on Wheels, and working at a pharmacy to ensure that people had access to essential medications.
Now in his final year of the Nursing program at uOttawa, Colton has been an active leader in the student body, holding key roles such as Director of Bilingualism, VP of Academic Affairs, and President of the Undergraduate Nursing Student Association. He also served as a Faculty of Health Sciences representative to the university’s Senate.
As he prepares to return to Northern Ontario, Colton is eager to represent the Green Party of Ontario in the Nipissing riding. Passionate about social and environmental change, he is committed to protecting the region’s natural beauty for future generations. Colton looks forward to engaging with constituents and fostering productive dialogue to address the pressing issues facing the community.
