Right now, the City needs leaders like myself who can bring a fresh perspective to City Hall with the education, skills, knowledge, and experience required to be effective on day one. With so many plans, strategies, and reports already on the table or in the process (like Community Wellbeing Strategy, and Climate and Environment Strategy), the next four years are going to be about implementation, execution, and follow-through.

I believe that "better" can be achieved. Despite many challenges that we face, there is hope in our city: we have vibrant communities that throw themselves into fostering love and well-being. We have beautiful parks and a shipyards district for all to enjoy. We have businesses that feed our families, nourish our economy and make us feel better, heal us, and help us. We have innovative and talented people who are building our future. And I have plans to nurture the best of what North Vancouver has to offer, so together we can create a strong, thriving, and resilient City. You will not find someone who is more ready or willing to do the hard and necessary work to collaboratively empower our citizens, build trust, and foster a strong sense of accountability.
