Proper cared for roads are better for people with disabilities more than anyone, we can even fine the Province for sending the disabled up tall steps at the their Main Street assistance office.  Require ramps only in new buildings.  Not old.  Although without the Land Use Bylaws they might find it easier to renovate it by their own choice.

What we need is a true respect of individual property rights, put an end to property use and maintenance bylaws as they are now, and lower the tax burden.  I am good with money, limited funds and a Flemish mother teach you that.  My site have a few links on that work to this complex issue.

I oppose Racial Profiling, in fact there is no good reason to presume guilt, and believe that the police should enforce individual rights, in fact our rights and freedoms, which is our top law, first.  Not abuse, beat and harm presumably innocent people.
I favor them re-arresting "conditional release" rapists/paedophiles and sending them back.  They didn't pay their debt.  So no jeopardy to be doubled.  Who else but a libertarian will defend your rights without question from authorities.

It can't, it causes harm unless we prevent it from.  It can only investigate crimes after the fact.  But police should enforce your right to personal security and not arrest person for lawful self defense, even with an unlicensed gun.

Right now Government controls our fund, deciding business hours for businesses and dictating how much money we can keep in our wallets, taking it to fun their projects that are just jobs for the boys.

This is where needs really very, and I think the private helpful people know best to utilize.  I have an idea for Parking Meters where Charities and Services can get a parking meter or two and people voluntary pay them when parking, and the service collects it themselves, not filtered through City Hall.

If we could implement this into sewer treatment, just imagine the cost saving and cleaner waterways.  Even better if we can encourage people to voluntary install them in their homes without monetary bribes.

We shouldn't tell people to obey Government idea of business hours, and what and when to sell.  If you know your business well you know what to do, you can figure out when and how long it is good to be open.  You should feel free to work out of your home.  Garage, et al...See Open Permits.  No reason why things like Dog Walkers are licensed and permitted and red taped.  Most things are covered in red tape.  It's wrong.  Taxes need lowering, we need to a place that is good to do business, not charging more taxpayers, but attracting more.

Flat, no other tax, and you choose where you send it.  To what ever service you want, Dept will count as service.  All services and departments can plead and compete with their reason for you to help fund theirs.  No filtering through City Hall red tape, they all handle their own accounts.

The Subway is a 20 year project that has little long term impact aside from one route, and a city has to be built around from it's infancy to work with a good subway system.  Like London or Budapest.  They were not as developed when they built theirs.  We'd have to mass gentrify otherwise.
Bike lanes need more thinking than some gimmick used to get away with other bad policies.  Like perhaps giving a private rich cyclist a private cycling lane in return for fixing the roads.  With or without bike lanes all Cars, Bicycles, Motorcylcles, Mobility Scooters, and Wheel Chairs need crack free sidewalks and pothole free roads.  This is our first problem.
