Une carte d’identité avec photo délivrée par un gouvernement canadien (fédéral, provincial, territorial ou local) avec votre photo, votre nom et votre adresse actuelle.

2 pièces d’identité, toutes deux à votre nom, prouvant qui vous êtes et où vous vivez :

Au moins 1 pièce d’identité doit comporter votre adresse de domicile
Les deux pièces d’identité doivent comporter votre nom

Les pièces d'identité valides comprennent les documents, les factures, les cartes d'identité et les bracelets d'identité provenant de diverses sources gouvernementales et non gouvernementales. Voir la section « Exemples de pièces d'identité acceptables » ci-dessous pour obtenir des exemples.

Une personne qui vous connaît et qui est inscrite à votre bureau de vote et qui peut répondre de vous. Elle doit être en mesure de prouver son identité et son adresse.

Une personne ne peut répondre que d'une seule autre personne, sauf dans les établissements de soins de longue durée.

Soyez prudent : Apportez une pièce d'identité supplémentaire si vous le pouvez.
