Dwayne Dudiak grew up on a farm near Thorhild, Alberta, before moving to Edmonton with his family at the age of six. From an early age, he developed a strong work ethic, balancing two paper routes while spending summers working on his uncle’s dairy farm.
After attending Eastglen CHS, Dwayne joined the reserves, serving for four years before receiving an honorable discharge while working in the oilfield supply industry. He later pursued his studies at the College of the Rockies in Cranbrook, B.C., working toward a BBA before returning to Alberta in 1999.
In 2015, Dwayne established his own repair shop, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. He has also been actively involved in his community, serving as an event coordinator for the corporate challenge for six years and as a director and tournament director for a billiards league.
A proud husband, father of two, and grandfather of two, Dwayne remains dedicated to fostering strong communities and advocating for meaningful change.
