Raison de la candidature

After 37 years of service in the military, I decided to run as a candidate for the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) because I witnessed firsthand the gradual decline of our military organization—and beyond it, the erosion of our society.

For years, I’ve been jotting down notes on my phone about the issues I see with government inefficiency and the creeping corruption in everyday life. That’s what drove me to step up and work for real change. Every government we’ve had promises “change for the people”—but only when it’s convenient for winning votes. Why is that? They all know low taxes, personal freedoms, and affordable living benefit us all, yet they’ve failed to deliver. Why has it become nearly impossible for a family to thrive on a single income? Why does it feel like we’re working harder just to keep up? The PPC has a plan to fix this. Our policies are practical and interconnected: lower immigration to ease the pressure on housing and rental prices; reduce taxes so maybe only one parent needs to work, giving families the choice to raise their kids the way they want; for Albertans, build the pipelines and cut equalization payments to boost prosperity; and eliminate corporate welfare, slash corporate taxes, and abolish capital gains taxes to spark job growth. This isn’t just talk—it’s a blueprint for a better Canada. The PPC can deliver, but it starts with you. Believe we can do better, and vote for us.
