David Wang was born and raised in Ottawa, the son of Spanish and Chinese parents who immigrated to Canada and used the opportunities afforded by a Country committed to Freedom and Meritocracy to create a comfortable life for themselves and their sons.

David has been a supporter of the PPC since its inception in 2019, drawn to the parties unwavering commitment to the principles which have made Canada the historically admired country it has been. Along with his support of the PPC, David has been an active participant in numerous societal causes. He along with others campaigned successfully in opposition of the construction of an Incinerator in Nanaimo in 2014.

He campaigned for the introduction of Proportional Representation in BC in 2018. He ran for City Council in 2022 on a Conservative platform and received 2000 votes while running a very modest campaign.

David is committed to the principles of the PPC and will do his utmost to listen to the needs of his constituents while pursuing policies which will benefit them and all Canadians through the Freedom centric vision of the PPC
