Dr. Wilson is a creative force, providing innovative solutions and driving change.

Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Alberta, Canada. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alberta, where he also specialized in Psychology. Dr Wilson moved to Ontario in the late ’80s. He received his MBA in Management Science and Information Systems from McMaster University in 1990. While living and working full-time in Dallas, Texas (1996 to 2006), Dr Wilson continued his studies and in 2007 he received his PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. Dr Wilson has over 25 years of experience in industry, where he has been a major contributor and architect for numerous software applications and databases.

Dr. Wilson thoroughly enjoys blending his knowledge of psychometric assessments, training, motivation, and decision making with his data and application expertise, leading to a better match between people, tasks, and organizational structure, resulting in increased operational efficiency and improved quality.
