Calgary-born father of four, Grant Strem had a dynamic career in energy exploration and production, reserves evaluation, and banking. He's created and managed businesses that created hundreds of Canadian jobs. He invented a way to produce clean hydrogen at low-cost from old oil fields and is now a global energy and transition policy consultant who has spoken at hundreds of events, podcasts, and interviews including repeat guest appearances on Danielle Smith's radio show, BNN, and CERAWeek.
Grant agrees that good Canadian governance is transparent, accountable, minimalist, avoiding of foreign conflicts or agendas, environmentally responsible, respectful of Canadian traditional cultures including family farms, respecting civil rights, and proactively seeking constructive criticism and improvements to policies and structures.
Grant believes a common-sense PPC government can enable "The Canadian Dream", by always truly asking "What is in the best long-term interest of Canadians?".
