Long term resident of the Haldimand-Norfolk Electoral District. Father of three children and active community member involved in local projects. Member of numerous community service organizations, currently the President of the Simcoe and District Optimist Club.

A dedicated volunteer, serving for many years as a volunteer at the Norfolk General Hospital, with positions on the Ethic's Committee, the Patient and Advisory Committee and with service in the Emergency Department and Physiotherapy. Active participant in the Political fabric of the Electoral District on Multiple levels, Municipal, Provincial and Federal. Outspoken on important issues of the day. Forty six years service in the Steel Company of Canada.
