Matthieu Couture was born and raised in Laval. At the age of 15, he founded an IT services company. He pursued studies in cyber fraud and cyber investigation at Polytechnique in Montreal, before turning to osteopathy. He has been a practicing osteopath for five years in his clinic in Laval. His professional activities and social implications have always been motivated by the wish to be of service to people.

In 2019, Matthieu got involved as a candidate with the People’s Party of Canada in the riding of Alfred-Pellan, in Laval. Today, Canada's economic situation and the freedom-killing measures imposed by governments at the provincial and federal level are pushing him to renew his political commitment.

That’s why he made the decision to serve his community with integrity and perseverance as a candidate of the PPC in Laval-Les Îles.
