Delivering these promises is fairly straightforward: minimizing the role of government in the everyday life of citizens, and adopting legislation which obliges government to be even more accountable to individuals (through FOIA expansions, reduction of internal trade barriers, disbandment of industry-specific trade boards such as the CRTC, etc.). I believe these are important starting points to implementing my overall vision which would allow Canada to truly prosper economically, and thereafter socially: a happy society always follows when individuals are succesful. I am eager to bring these chages about in Canada's government quickly because I believe that we are currently losing sight of the values that the country was founded and propspered upon.
