Known for listening carefully, working collaboratively, and approaching complex issues with thoughtful, practical leadership, Colin has consistently put the interests of residents at the heart of his public service.

Colin has worked as a secondary school teacher in the Saanich school district for over 25 years. Prior to serving on Council he was President of the Royal Oak Community Association. He is married, has four adult sons and lives in Royal Oak.
