Biographie

Kelowna resident for 34 years, school trustee for 12, former board chair and water district trustee. I bring business operations experience and community service to my run for City Council, with a commitment to careful decisions and accountability to residents.

Kelowna has been my home for 34 years. I bring 12 years of service as a school trustee, including two as board chair, and nine years on the Glenmore-Ellison Improvement District board. My career in business operations has included managing budgets, leading teams and improving how organizations work.

Through public service and volunteering in youth programs, and mentoring younger women, I’ve come to know this community from many angles. I’m running for City Council to put that experience to work, give residents’ concerns careful consideration and account for the decisions I make.

Kelowna has been my home for 34 years. I’m running for City Council to bring experience, sound judgment and accountability to City Hall, with careful attention to public spending and decisions that serve residents today and for years to come.

I believe Kelowna deserves experienced, principled leadership that listens to residents, represents their interests, and makes thoughtful decisions that will benefit our community for years to come. Through my years of public service, I have learned the importance of listening carefully, working respectfully with others, and making decisions based on facts, good judgment, and the long-term interests of the community.

I am running for City Council because I want to continue giving back to the city that has given so much to me. I will bring experienced, practical and accountable leadership to City Hall, work hard on behalf of residents, and always strive to make decisions that are in the best interests of Kelowna and the people who call it home.
