Mark is proudly running for the 4th time as the Green Party candidate Federally, now in the Essex riding. He has also run 3 times for the Green Party of Ontario. Big Picture thinking, sustainability, and supporting local businesses are key for a good economy, and environment, his focus was always on promoting local food. And now more than ever to Buy Canadian. 

Mark was born, and raised in Chatham-Kent, spending most of his life here. He moved back in 2012 with his wife of over 17 years. He has received a Bachelor of Applied Math, and a Bachelor of Physics from the University of Waterloo. He has several years experience in customer service, food service, and worked for several farmers over the years including at his parent's fruit stand, and greenhouse business. Working as a Customer Service Rep for over 17 yrs.

Mark is a practicing Roman Catholic, an avid reader, watches Anime, loves gardening, baking bread, and canning well before the pandemic to be more self-sufficient. Which is especially important during disruptions with the global trade economy or to weather through a recession.
