Frederick’s approach can be summed up in three words: People Before Government.
He believes government exists to serve the people—not the other way around. That means respecting individual and parental rights, spending taxpayers’ money responsibly, keeping communities safe, making life more affordable, and ensuring essential services such as health care are there when people need them.
Across every policy, Frederick’s focus is on practical solutions, responsible government, personal freedom, and accountability. From housing and affordability to education, public safety and major public projects, he believes decisions should be made with the interests of the people they affect at the forefront.
If elected, Frederick’s goal will be to serve the people of North Vancouver–Seymour, bring their concerns to the Legislative Assembly, ask difficult questions, and hold government accountable for its decisions and spending.
Above all, Frederick believes an MLA should never forget who they work for: the people.
Biographie
Frederick Thiele is the OneBC candidate for North Vancouver–Seymour. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Frederick has called the community home throughout his life and continues to live here with his wife and two children.
For more than 25 years, Frederick has owned and operated his own computer consulting business, working with individuals and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland. Building a business from the ground up has given him extensive experience in technology, business management, project planning, customer service, and practical problem-solving. Most importantly, it has taught him the value of listening to people, taking responsibility, and finding solutions that work in the real world.
Family is at the heart of Frederick’s life. His son’s growing interest and involvement in politics helped spark Frederick’s own political involvement, and the encouragement of his family played an important role in his decision to seek public office.
After becoming increasingly engaged with the issues affecting British Columbia and his local community, Frederick decided it was time to step forward himself. For him, running for office is an opportunity to give back to the community that has been his home for his entire life.
Frederick is seeking to bring his decades of business experience, practical approach to problem-solving, and deep roots on the North Shore to serving the people of North Vancouver–Seymour in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.
Frederick would be honoured to have your vote.
