Gurpreet Singh Chahal is the CentreBC candidate for Abbotsford West.

For the past 25 years, the Fraser Valley has been Gurpreet’s home. His children grew up and received their education here, and for the past 20 years, he has served the community as a real estate professional with Planet Realt Inc.

Community service has always been close to Gurpreet’s heart. He has volunteered with numerous community service organizations, including Sahit Academy, Fraser Valley Funeral Home, Abbotsford Field Hockey Club, Mission Community Services Society, and Mission’s Social Development Planning Committee. He has also served on various committees and boards.

Gurpreet believes in fair, transparent and accountable governance—where elected representatives listen to people, understand their concerns and act fairly. He believes government should unleash the positive energy of its people by removing unnecessary legal hurdles, creating opportunities for hardworking people to contribute to society, providing essential support services, and encouraging those facing hardship to live and work with dignity.
