There is still important work to do. West Vancouver faces real challenges. From housing affordability and thoughtful growth to environmental stewardship and strengthening our sense of community.

Meeting these challenges requires collaborative leadership: listening to different perspectives, finding common ground, and making decisions with care, transparency and accountability.

As a professional mediator, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate differences, find common ground and move toward solutions. Those skills are more important than ever at Council.
