Mary Trentadue (she/her) is a parent and business owner. She previously served eight years as a City Councillor, where she pushed on many fronts to increase childcare availability, recognizing how essential it is for working families. She played a key role in developing and launching New West’s first Neighbourhood House, where she now serves as interim executive director.

She is a fierce advocate for others, whether it's by mentoring women running for public office, supporting parents navigating complex systems, or leading community projects like the Paint New West Beautiful murals.

Mary will bring both courage and determination to the role of Trustee. She knows when to push for what’s necessary, and when to step back and centre other voices.
