Langley City has been home to Simi and her family for more than a decade.

Simi holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master's degree from Cornell University. She has held senior leadership roles in public and private healthcare, including as former Director at BC Women's and Children's Hospital and former Regional Director at Retirement Concepts, where she oversaw care home operations across British Columbia and Alberta, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and diverse teams.

She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Pioneer Community Living Association, supporting individuals living with complex mental health and substance-use challenges.

As a Councillor, Simi would focus on responsible financial management, transparent decision-making, and planning for Langley City's future.

Simi lives in the Simonds neighbourhood of Langley City with her husband and two young children.
