Donegal lives in Keremeos with her husband where they own and operate Direct Performance, a small engine business. Her experience includes working for Central Mountain Air and founding Direct Performance with her husband. In 2012, she became the Executive Director of the BC Snowmobile Federation, where she has led efforts to strengthen organized snowmobiling, worked with all levels of government, and collaborated with industry and community organizations. Her role requires a diverse skill set, including legislative development, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
